Guillermo Noda Perez

Guillermo Noda Perez passed away unexpectedly on February 21, 2023 at the age of 56. He was born in Havana, Cuba on August 15, 1966 to Maria Allende and the (late) Guillermo Perez. Guillermo was a very well educated man. In the 90’s he receive an honorable discharge from the US Navy for serving in the Persian Gulf War aboard the US Miller. He later retired as a correctional officer for the state of Massachusetts and Florida. Guillermo enjoyed spending time with friends and family, playing dominos, reading, and furthering his education. He will also be remember as the best “Abuelo” there was. Guillermo is survived by his mother Maria Allende, son Matthew Perez and wife Sarah Perez, daughter Jessica Perez and fiancé Domenick Thambash. He is also survived by his loving 3 sisters and their spouses, Maria Lourdes Maldonado and husband Milton Maldonado, Maria Carmen Veloz and significant other Sal Erzene, Victoria Lopez and husband Manny Lopez. Guillermo is also survived by his pride and joy his 4 grandchildren, Malia Leonard, Jacoby Thambash, Charlotte Perez, and Gabriella Thambash.

A visitation for Guillermo will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614, followed by a funeral service from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
