Gregory "Greg" Allan Stewart

Stewart,Gregory “Greg” Allan, 66, passed away on March 2, 2016 in Tampa, after a battle with cancer. Born in Talladega, Alabama, he was the first of three children to Cecil Miles Stewart and Betty Annis. After leaving the Air Force, where he served as an Air Traffic Controller, he moved to Tampa to be near his father. During this time, he met his future wife, Debby Watson. They married on December 1, 1973. He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Miles Stewart. He is survived by his devoted and loving family; mother, Betty Annis; wife, Debby Stewart; sons, Greg Stewart II (Crystal) and Michael Stewart; two granddaughters, McKenna and Delaney Stewart; brother, Michael Brent Stewart (Shelley); sister, Vicki Taylor (Glen); as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Greg was a proud Mason, Shriner, and member of various other organizations. A visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 3:00-4:00 pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrolwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Avenue, with a memorial service beginning at 4:00pm.
