Grace spent many years working for Hillsborough County Public Schools and earned the title of Chief Baker. She enjoyed reading and completing word searches. Grace loved to travel and explore; her destination countless times was her birthplace, the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Greeneville, Tennessee where her three sisters and their families lived. An avid baseball fan, if the Tampa Bay Rays were on television, she was watching. She was especially thrilled when she ran into Derek Jeter at a local restaurant (she looked past his unfortunate choice to play for the Yankees) and Kevin Kiermaier at the airport.
Grace married Roy Hall on December 3, 1946 and the two spent 56 years together before he passed in 2003. While small in stature, she was a force of strength, tending to four young children while being the sole caretaker for her husband who became disabled from contracting polio. As the indomitable matriarch of her family, Grace lived surrounded by her four children, twelve grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren, including those whom she is survived by: her son and daughter in law, Jimmie and Lora Hall; her daughter, Karen Segallos; her daughter and son in law, Brenda and Ken Alvarez; her daughter, Judy Sanchez; her grandson, Brian Hall, and his wife, Jennifer; her granddaughter, Jennifer Clark, and her husband, Doug; her grandson, Justin, and his wife, Megan; her grandson, Tony Alvarez, and his wife Kelli; her granddaughter, Natalie Noa, and her husband, Clayton; her grandson, Nicolas Segallos; her grandson, Matthew Segallos, and his wife, Kristin; her granddaughter, Danielle Sanchez; her granddaughter, Lindsey Wright, and her husband, Ben; her grandson, Jared; and her great grandchildren Christian, Jacob, Dylan, Hannah, Addelyn, Troy, Addison, Natalie, Asher, Wyatt, AJ, Riley, Caden, Jason, and a baby great granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her son in law, James Segallos.
