Delfin "Del" Alvaro Fernandez

Born to Delfin and Noemi Fernandez, May 5, 1960, in Tampa, Florida. Del was a lifelong West Tampa resident. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he had many interests, but he had a passion for and was an entrepreneur in, video production. At a young age he also showed talent in music. He could listen to a song one time and play it by ear. Del was active in his church and was a devout Christian. He attended St. Joseph School and graduated from Tampa Catholic High School. He later attended classes at the University of South Florida.

Del was preceded in death by his parents, Delfin and Noemi Fernandez. He is survived by his sister, Noemi Fernandez Dejonge (Jose); brother, Daniel Paul Fernandez; nephew, Daniel Yates Fernandez; one aunt; many cousins; his lifelong friend, Betty (David); and many other friends.

Graveside Service will take place on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Noon at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Del's name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
