She was born July 1, 1938 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, She moved to Tampa as a young child and graduated from Brandon High School in 1956.
Bonnie enjoyed traveling, time spent with family, dining out, crocheting, sewing, embroidery and cooking. She loved the family dog, Coco.
Bonnie worked many jobs, she worked for Celotex, a Jim Walter Corporation company for over 20 years and Chase Bank. She was a dear sweet wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend to everyone. She loved Jesus Christ and she was very spiritual with God. She attended Bayshore Baptist Church and had many good friends there. She traveled to Alaska, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Hawaii and many parts of the Unites States with her friends at Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and James Harris; sister, Wanda LeJeune.
She will be deeply missed by her son, Kenneth Parsons and wife, Shirley; grandson, Kenneth III; daughter, Pam Parsons; son, David Parsons; sister, Shirley Price and her husband, Roy; and lots of nieces and nephews and their children, family and friends that loved her so much.
The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, Tampa, Florida. Interment to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
