Amy Colgan Myllynen, 39, beloved daughter, sister, and mother, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at her home in Land o’ Lakes. She is preceded in death by her mother, Diana Colgan, her niece, Lorelai Grow and her grandparents. She is survived by her daughter, Kennedy Myllynen, her father, David Colgan, her sister Carissa Grow, her brother-in-law Stephen Grow, her nieces Lillie and Leila Grow, her nephew Liam Grow and many other relatives and friends who loved her very much.
Amy loved her work as a Nurse Practitioner but nothing gave her more joy than her daughter and being with her family. Amy was a loving, generous mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She loved the beach and
went as often as possible.
A funeral service to honor Amy will take place at 11am on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022 at Blount and Curry Carrollwood located at 3207 W. Bearss Ave. Tampa, FL. 33618 The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 10am.
Following the service the family welcomes you to join them in fellowship with a reception at 12pm. Followed by a graveside service at Sunset Memory Gardens located at 11005 US 301 Thonotosassa, FL. 33592 to take place at 2pm.
