William Anthony (Tony) Tuck, 62, passed away unexpectedly on July 9, 2011. He will be profoundly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Tony was born December 24, 1948 in Rome, Georgia, to the now late William Robert Tuck Sr. and Ruth M. (Marcie) Tuck. He lived and worked most of his life in Tallahassee, Florida, where he graduated in 1967 from Rickards High School, after which followed a fulfilling career at Centel Telephone Company.
Survivors include two sons, Joshua A. Tuck of Tallahassee, Florida and Jason P. Tuck of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and a brother Bill and wife Shirley Tuck of Tallahassee, Florida. A nephew Avery Rozar and nieces Casey Tuck and Taylor T. Garcia.
Culley’s Meadowwood Funeral Home 1737 Riggins Road were in charge of local arrangements. A family memorial will be conducted at a later date in Rome, Georgia. As requested his ashes will be spread over the family burial plot, the resting place of his mother and father.
