Reba Boyd Bryant

Reba Boyd Bryant, 85, passed away on July 23, 2012. The daughter of John & Elizabeth Boyd, Reba was born and raised in Washington County, GA. During World War II, Reba worked in service to the Allied war effort building “Liberty Ships” in Brunswick, GA. She had been a resident of Tallahassee since 1969.

Survivors include her children: Michael Bryant (Sally), Faith Kendrick, and Robin Donaldson (Randy), of Tallahassee, FL; Gary Bryant (Sherry), of Tallmadge, OH, grandchildren: Jason and David Donaldson and April Wilcox of Tallahassee, FL. Michael Bryant Jr., of West Palm Beach, FL, Troy Bryant, of Raleigh, NC, Reba Evans Spivey, of Inverness, FL, Shelly Bryant and Stephanie Daves, of Tallmadge, OH, Patrick Bryant, of Fayetteville, GA. Reba is also survived by eight great-grandchildren & one great-great-granddaughter & numerous nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her brothers: Frank, John, Hogan, Charles, & Joseph Boyd and sister Joyce Boyd.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brynwood Center, 1656 S Jefferson St., Monticello, FL, 32344, 850-997-1800.
