Peggy Corley Lett

Peggy Corley Lett, 82, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013.

Family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, January 29, 2013, in Culley’s MeadowWood Riggins Road Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 30th, 2013, in the chapel of Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, 1737 Riggins Road. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.

Peggy was born in Camp Nathan ( Perry), FL. She was raised in Tallahassee and traveled with her husband during his 24 ½ years military career. She served as Vice President of the PTA and President of the Officer’s Wives Club in Bangkok, Thailand. Peggy made Quincy, FL her home in 1976. She became a Real Estate Broker and opened Peggy Lett Realty, a business she and her husband ran very successfully for twenty years.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Claude E. Lett, Jr.; three sons, Claude E. Lett III, Jeffrey M. Lett and Richard Lett; her daughter, Stacia E. Lett; her sister, Martha Corley Jalbert of Port St. Lucie; her grandchildren, Christopher, Nicci, Jeffrey, Brandie, Gene, Melissa, Stephanie, Blair, Charlotte, and Brian; great grandchildren, Trey, Avery, Graham, Jacob and Devi.
