Patricia Kees Saffer passed away at her home on Tuesday (4/21). She is survived by her daughter Laura Phillips Kirchhoff, son-in-law Bill Kirchhoff, beloved grandchildren Will Kirchhoff and Kate Kirchhoff, daughter Carey McNamara, extended family and many friends – all dearly loved. She was preceded in death by her son, Craig Phillips and her parents, Esther Mary Chase and Laurie Ross Wallace.
