Bob studied at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business Development Executive Program. He earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in public administration from Nova Southeastern University.
Bob retired from Xerox Corp. as general manager for marketing to Florida’s public sector. Prior to Xerox, Bob was director of Florida’s Department of General Services, Division of EDP. He was an adjunct faculty member at Tallahassee Community College. Before moving to Tallahassee in 1974, he served as Deputy Secretary for the State of Pennsylvania’s General Services Department.
Born in Queens, New York, he volunteered for the draft and served during the Korean Conflict. Bob married Mildred in 1955 and together they have three sons, one daughter, and seven grandchildren. Bob and Mildred enjoyed their travels to Alaska and Hawaii and the culture of America’s large cities.
Bob was past president of the Killearn Homes Association, scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. His interests were his home, yard, fishing on his boat, and quality time with his family.
