Bonnie Marie (Linton) Mobley, 79, a longtime resident of Tallahassee, Fl., passed away on March 28, 2012. Bonnie Marie Mobley was raised in St. Marks. Bonnie Marie Mobley always had a great passion for the Lord and was a member of Southwood Baptist Church. Bonnie was totally dedicated to her family, children and grandchildren. She also had a passion for the love of nature and of animals of all kinds. Bonnie graduated from Crawfordville High School and attended college at Florida State University for approximately 3 ½ years majoring in accounting while working at Lewis State Bank for most of her life. She also owned a business and worked several years in the construction industry. Bonnie predeceased her husband , George Mobley whom she was married to for 34 years, her step-daughter Jane Mobley Lowe and her first husband: Luther Council, Sr. She is survived by her son, Luther E. “Snipes” Council, Jr. (Brenda), Andy Lowe (Debbie), George C. Mobley, Jr., 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. The funeral services will be performed by Culley’s Meadowood Funeral Home at 700 Timberland Road with a viewing to be held on Wednesday, April, 4, 2012 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the same location at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 5, 2012. There will not be any graveside service, only a final “Good-Bye” prayer at the Roselawn Cemetery on Piedmont Road .Memorial Contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice 1723 Mahan Center Blvd 32308.
