Cinda Fay Chuculate, or Cindy, as she was known by many of her friends and family, was born to Taylor and Malinda (Beamer) Chuculate in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on October 7th,1956. She grew up with four brothers and three sisters, Levi, Donald, Linda, Michael, Donna, John and Denise. She attended Seneca Tribal Schools and later finished her education in Tahlequah, OK. Cindy was the proud mother of five children: Bill Chuculate, Jess Grimmett, Nancy Hubbard and Malinda Chuculate of Tahlequah. Cindy was a nurse aid professionally, but on her days off, she could be found kicking back and enjoying cookouts with family and friends. Cindy was an iron-willed, old lady that took pride in all that she did. A goofy, fun-loving woman that loved to tease, she made everyone feel welcome by giving them thoughtful nicknames, making them homemade fry bread, and feeding them watermelon and grapes. With her outgoing, outspoken, fun attitude, she easily made friends everywhere she went and enjoyed the company of almost anyone who crossed her path. Whether fishing, going to the casino, playing bingo, or cooking, she always relished time with her loved ones. She attended Tender Mercies Church and was a Christian by faith. Cindy passed from this life on April 2, 2023, age 66, at her niece’s home in Tahlequah, where she was surrounded by love. Cindy will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
