Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Darrell Morris Baskin and Shirley Lavonne Baskin of Stilwell.
He never married and never had children but was part of a loving extended family that included a close-knit group of cousins.
Carl was born on May 21, 1967 in Tahlequah and attended Cave Springs High School. He had a variety of work experiences, which afforded him the opportunity to travel and have a wealth of interesting life experiences. Carl was an entertaining, free-spirit, always ready with a joke or impromptu rap.
A funeral is scheduled for September 15, 2020 at 2pm at Reed and Culver Funeral Home, 117 W Delaware St, Tahlequah, OK 74464. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Carl's life.
