Mary (Surace) Galli

Mary (Surace) Galli, 86, of North Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at home with her family by her side. Born in Ithaca, NY, she was a resident of Syracuse and Liverpool for 60 years. Mary retired from Lakeview Bowling Center after 25 years. A communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, she was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Liverpool Fire Department. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph Galli in 2009.

Survivors include her two daughters, Joyce (Jerry) Reap of Liverpool and Gina Galli of PA; sons, James (Joanne) Galli of Liverpool, Doug (Karen) Galli of Amherst, Joseph Galli, Jr. of Chicago, and Richard (Trish) Galli of North Syracuse; brother, John Suressi of Liverpool; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday 8:30 A.M. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 9:30 A.M. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-5 P.M. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
