Sylvania –George Howard Williams, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. He was born in Baltimore, MD, was retired owner and operator of Williams Garage in Hiltonia and was a member of Hiltonia United Methodist Church. He was also a Mason. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Robbie Lee Williams & Lillian Roberta White Broxton.
Survivors: Wife of 27 wonderful years: Mary Ella Waters Williams of Sylvania; Daughter and Son-in-Law: Stacy R. & Travis Forehand of Sylvania; Son and Partner: Robbie E. Williams and Glen of Augusta, GA; Son and Daughter-In-Law: Will & Kellie Reynolds of Rincon, GA; Brothers and Sisters-In-Law: Floyd Williams and Jim Paul Williams, both of Sylvania, Robert L. & Alex Williams of Fernandina Beach, FL and David & Jackie Williams of Leesburg, FL; Grandchildren: Kaylee Forehand, Trace Forehand, Cash Reynolds, Eli Reynolds, Gage Reynolds, Walker Reynolds, River Reynolds and Rylan Reynolds ; Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation: Friday, May 3, 2013 at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
Funeral Services: Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 11:00 AM at the Hiltonia United Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Williams and Rev. Rick Oglesby officiating. Burial at Bascom Cemetery with full Masonic Rites.
