Sylacauga, AL. - Walter Scot Hughes, age 55, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024. Walter was born in Germany.

Walter is survived by his brother, Brian Hughes (Leslie); and nieces, Haydn Hughes Pate (Cody), Graysn Hughes (Bailey Deloach) and Lillyn Hughes.

Walter was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie & Patricia Hughes; grandmother, Marie Hughes, and grandparents, Walter Fudge Maness and Lillian Maness.

A visitation for Walter will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Billy Paul Williams officiating.

Walter will be laid to rest in Talladega Springs Cemetery, Sylacauga Fayetteville Highway, Sylacauga, AL.

Serving as pallbearers are Robbie Langley, Scott Blankenship, Walter Maness, Cody Pate, Bailey Deloach and Darren Langley.
