Regina Cook Clifton

Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Regina Cook Clifton, 62, will be Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Odena Baptist Church with Bro. Cary Brown officiating.  Burial will be in Odena Baptist Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.

Mrs. Clifton died Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.   She was preceded in death by her father, Gaines "Pete" Cook.  Mrs. Clifton was retired with 38 years from Crossmar as an administrative assistant, she was president of the Daughters of the United Confederacy and was a member of Odena Baptist Church.  Her favorite hobby was researching genealogy on both sides of her family.  She was a loving wife, mother, mimi, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart for 18 years, Kenneth Clifton Jr.;  four daughters, Kimberley Barden (Bill) Mullins, Bethany Clifton (Jonathan) Ledbetter, Cassie Clifton, Jordan Clifton; two sons, Brian (April) Clifton, Dustin (Samantha) Clifton; mother, Edna Faye Cook; sister, Tina Cook (Glenn) Brown; fourteen grandchildren, William Greene Mullins, III, Eli Gaines Mullins, Seth, C.J., Noah and Mary-Kate Clifton, Taylor, Kloe, John and Ryan Ledbetter, Brookelyn Emlich, Jessa, Justin, and Jaclyn Clifton; niece, Scarlet (Lacie) Brown and nephew, Glenn "Beau" Brown, Jr.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

 Pallbearers will be Bill Mullins, Beau Brown Jr., Glenn Brown Sr., Jonathan Ledbetter, Brian Clifton and Caleb Walker.
