Sylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Johnny Shane Hollingsworth, 44, will be Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL with the Bro. Tony McGrady officiating.
Mr. Hollingsworth died Friday, November 10, 2017 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was preceded in death by his parents Johnny Ray and Judy Gail Hollingsworth and his grandmother, Billy Wayne Mizzel.
He is survived by his daughter, Christian Nicole Jones (Ricky Stewart); son, Jacob Thomas Hollingsworth; fiancé, Leslie Brooke Breedlove; step-daughter, Kristen Kelley; granddaughter, Natalie Dawn Stewart; and his grandson, J.R. Stewart.
