Funeral service for Mrs. Darlene Nelson, age 53, of Sylacauga will be Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11am at Curtis and Son North Chapel with Rev, Glenn Winters and Rev, Chuck Terrell officiating Burial will follow at Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton. Visitation will be from 4:30-8:00 at the North Chapel on Monday, October 29, 2018. Ms. Nelson passed away on October 26, 2018 at Coosa Valley Medical Center . She worked at First Source/Med Assist and Coosa Valley Medical Center for many years and was a compassionate person that was loved by many. She is survived by her significant other Terry Morris, Father John Nelson ( Teresa) of Weogufka, Mother Delores Green of Weogufka, Brothers John Mark Nelson ( Lesie) of Weogufka, Chris Gardner ( Cheyri) of Sylacauga, Sisters Renee Stuart ( Ray) of Prince Frederick, MD, Casey Harp ( Brandon of Sylacauga, Nieces Sara, Maci, Hannah, Madilynn, Henley, Nephews: Jesse, Connor, Christian and Grand-Niece Zella.
