It is with great sadness that we, Arthur’s family must announce his passing on March 20, 2020, at the age of 54 at Cape Breton Regional Hospital surrounded by his family. Arthur left us to go join his father Verney, who predeceased him. He is also predeceased by several loved aunts and uncles. Sugar Bear as he was affectionately known is survived by his mother Priscilla, his niece Shannon (Earle) Holland and their children Jenna-Lee, Candace and Hunter. Arthur happily worked at City Wide Taxi for many years and was very well known in his community prior to his diminished health. Special thanks to all of the CBRH staff in 4A and palliative care, home care and VON nurses who made Arthur’s last years more bearable for him.
