John Glen Paon, 50, died peacefully at home in the house he built and loved, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.

Glen’s boys best describe their dad as courageous, compassionate, caring and full of pride for his family. Throughout his illness with cancer, he never questioned why me or worried about himself. His concerns were always for his wife and boys. He was a compassionate man and always cared about the people he met. He took great pride in whatever task presented itself, both in his work and his home, always giving 110% of himself. Many people, including his family, friends and coworkers may have considered him a bit of a perfectionist. Glen’s greatest joy in life was spending time with Paula, Marc and Ryan.
