Doris Eileen (MacIntosh) MacDonald was born in Glace Bay on September 25, 1944 to Ambrose and Alice MacIntosh. She passed away on October 31, 2023 at Glace Bay Regional Hospital.
Doris was a very strong independent woman who took great pride in her appearance, her home, and her family. She enjoyed playing darts, bingo, and watching soap operas.
Doris is survived by her daughter Sheila MacDonald and son-in-law Kaven Timmons as well as her grandson Mark Colby MacDonald, sister Sheila (Peggy) Kelland as well as many nieces and nephews.
Doris is predeceased by her husband John (Jack) Gerard MacDonald, parents Ambrose and Alice MacIntosh (Tessy) MacIntosh and Marie MacCuish.
