Sharon Wanda Baldwin

With sad hearts we announce the passing of Sharon, our beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Surrounded by her loving family she passed away peacefully October 18, 2016 at Surrey Memorial Hospital after a heroic battle with cancer. Sharon was born April 12, 1953 in New Westminster BC. She is survived by her mother Louise Morris (LaMarshe) and predeceased by her father William Morris. She will be lovingly missed by her daughters Christy Baldwin (Mike), Natasha Baldwin (Bob) and Ashley Baldwin. Her nine grandchildren, Caleb, Danica, Alyssa, Carter, Riley, Steven, Shayley, Nikolas, Kayleigh. Her sisters Lawana Smith (Dan) Christine Little (Dee) Gail Alfstad (Al) Cindy Morris, Eldene Morris (Les) and her bother William (Bill) Morris. She will also be missed by her many, many nieces, nephews and friends, especially her BFF Rob Nimilowicth

Sharon possessed an amazing sense of humour. Anyone who knew Sharon knew she loved to make people laugh. She continually surprised us with her wit, you just never knew what she would say next. Her humour kept us going through these last thirteen months. She went through her illness in typical Sharon fashion showing courage, strength and determination, with her smile never wavering. Her thoughtfulness and kindness was always present, if you needed help she was always the first one there to lend a hand. She was selfless; she never thought about herself she was always worried about others.

Sharon was known as the gypsy of the family. She was so independent always on the move, very adventurous, always willing to try something new. Knowing Sharon she would be considering this her newest adventure.

We love you mom, you will always be in our hearts.

No service by request there will be a private family celebration of life.
