He loved working with young people, and they loved working for him.
Jim was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend. The thing Jim loved most in life was being among his family and friends. He also loved to see new and interesting places, he travelled widely with his wife, Kathy. Jim was a person of strong faith as he loved God and knew Jesus. He leaned into the power of the Holy Spirit for strength. He was kind and loving to everyone who knew him, and we can all agree he was positive and found the good in people.
Jim loved to walk and was strong and healthy until he was struck by ALS. His faith sustained him as he struggled with this horrible disease and remained cheerful and kind to all around him. Jim is missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Friday, May 26th, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre - 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC.
