William Thomas Stull, 87, of Sun City West, retired Lieutenant Phoenix Police Department, passed away on January 15, 2016, Bill is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Arlene; daughters Sharon Stull and Janis Garcia; his brother Charlie Stull; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Sunland Mortuary Lakeside Chapel, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ at 9:00 am on Saturday, January 30, 2016, followed by Phoenix Police Department Honor Guard and United States Navy Honors at graveside.
