Peoria. Warren was born in Danbury, Ohio and was a graduate of Ohio State
University. Throughout his career he worked as a CPA in public accounting,
industry and in the medical field as an executive director of a prestigious multi-specialty
physicians’ clinic. Warren was a member of both the Scottish Rite as a Mason and a
member of the Zenobia Shrine in Ohio for decades.
In retirement, Warren moved to Sun City where he continued to serve his
community as a board member of the now Banner Boswell Medical
Center, the Sun Health Foundation and the Lakes Club. Warren's life can
be summed up by one word – generosity. As a life-long Lutheran and 43-year member of Shepherd of the Desert, Warren was considered to be the Patriarch of the church. He was a true gentleman who fostered
relationships and understood the value of friendship with everyone he
encountered. With his generosity, Warren has ensured that his legacy will
support future generations to come in their academic endeavors to serve in
the noble nursing profession.
Warren’s Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 12th at 10am at the Shepherd of the Desert
Lutheran Church, 11025 N 111th Ave in Sun City.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Banner Hospice or by donating on-line at www.banner-healthfoundation.org.
