Harold John Leu, born March 22, 1925 to John H. and Lillian H. (Gerling) Leu of Madison NE. Survived by beloved wife Janice Leu and children, Sharon (Joe) Polley, Carol Ann (Larry) Lacroix, Cheryl (John) Horan, Leon Leu, Marcia (Norman) Lamb, Darrell (Dina) Livengood, Angela (James) Downs, sister, Lois (Frank) Bowdoin, grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Harold lived many years at Madison and Petersburg, NE where he farmed. Moving to Council Bluffs, Iowa he became a professional driver for Werner Enterprises and later was a Realtor. In 1973 he married Janice E. Leu. He moved to Peoria, AZ in 1998 and became an Administrative Assistant at the Peoria Sports Complex for ten years. Since 2008, Harold suffered health problems. He passed away peacefully at Hospice of Arizona on February 17, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 2:00P.M. at Willowbrook United Methodist Church, 19390 N. 99th Ave, Sun City, AZ 85373.
