It is with heavy hearts that the family of Doris Faye Robison announces her passing on Tuesday, the 8th of January, 2019 in her residence.
Those who knew her certainly loved her and fondly recall her laugh and smile. Those who have never met her need to know that Faye was a strong willed woman with an adventurous spirit who wanted those around her to be happy and comfortable.
She loved her Swamp Pop music and could Jitterbug like nobody's business. She loved her family, strongly supported her children, and absolutely adored her grandchildren.
Doris was known for her homemade pizza, which nobody will ever be able to duplicate.
Survivors include her children, Jeffrey Wayne Northcutt of Sulphur, Anthony W. Northcutt of Lake Charles, and Carrie Shaw and husband, Paul of Sulphur; her siblings, Bertha Meche of Westlake, Ann Leger, Patsy Bunch, Hubert Mott, Joe Mott, and Johnny Mott, all of Sulphur, and Duke Mott of Lake Charles; seven grandchildren, Stephanie Andrews, Stephen Northcutt, Mackenzy Shaw, Angelle Northcutt, Samantha Huffman, Jean-Paul Northcutt, and Sudder Shaw; and two great-granddaughters, Ryann and Kori Andrews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Zulma Mott.
