Andy was a Senior at Sulphur High School, who enjoyed playing video games, listening to music, dancing, and hanging out with friends. Andy was known for always being a silly goose and a jokester. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being in the outdoors. Andy especially loved spending time with his family who adored him.
Andy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Anthony John "Andy" Picard, Sr., and uncle, Andrew Picard.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his father, Anthony J "Johnny" Picard, Jr. and wife, Amanda; mother, Jamie Gayle all of Sulphur; grandmother, Wilma Charlotte of Cankton, LA; grandmother, Joann Picard of Sulphur; Grandparents, James and Donna Gayle of Sulphur; grandparents, Robin and Dona Foster of Moss Bluff; great-grandmother, Linda Theriot of Moss Bluff; brother, Aidan Picard; sisters, Lexis Picard and Olivia Picard; aunts and uncles, Angela Picard, Dawn Vincent, Brandy Picard and husband, Lawrence Durero, Crystal Rogers and husband, Jason, Misty Tyler and husband, Cody, Chad Yellott and wife, Britta, James "Scooter" Gayle and wife, Joanna, Lori Landry and husband, Charles, Dillion Foster and fiance', Rachel Lane; and numerous cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, and many friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home with a Rosary beginning at 6:30 p.m. and will resume on Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m until time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m in the funeral home.
Funeral Services will begin at Noon on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Saxby officiating. Andy will be laid to rest with his grandfather in Big Woods Cemetery at a later date under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.
