Richard Raul Moreno

RICHARD RAUL MORENO, age 55, loving father, son, brother, and friend, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014, in Houston. He was born September 9, 1959, in Yoakum, Texas, to Raul and Delia Martinez Moreno. Richard was a devout Catholic. He lived the spirit of his faith every day and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Richard was intelligent and strong, ambitious, funny, family oriented, and had a passion for living life to it’s fullest. He was very hard working and a free spirit, who loved to entertain, and was a perfectionist at everything he did. Richard is survived by his wife, Angie Moreno; sons, Rick Moreno, and William Moreno; daughter, Gabrielle Moreno; his parents; two brothers; four sisters; and many other loving relatives and friends. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, September 22, 2014, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek. 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit), with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 507 S. 4Th St., Richmond. The Rite of Committal will follow at 3:00 PM, at Guadalupe Cemetery, in Dreyer, Texas.
