Nora and Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we are so sadden to hear of Joe's passing.  Many fond memories of working with Joe at Chevron, and I will miss talking to him and having him ask how Denise and the girls are doing.  I will always remember how Joe would light up with enthusiasm any time I would talk about the girls and family. Joe was a friend and coworker that I will miss greatly and I know that he is deeply missed by his entire family.  So grateful to have got to know Joe over the years and no one can take away our fond memories of him!  Deepest condolences.

He was so great to work with (Chevron days) and even greater to hang out with on the golf course, dinner parties, family celebrations, etc...So many good memories of Joe, and his wonderful sense of humor. To Nora and family

Our deepest condolences on Joe's passing  it happened too soon and too sudden.  Lots of memories come back, from when you first lived in Sugar Land, from when the kids were still kids, and when Joe grew into the role of dad.  He did a fantastic job at that, and it's something that everyone will remember forever.  He was a good husband, father, grandfather, friend and American  we'll miss those long discussions on how to fix everything that's wrong in this country!

We'll miss Joe.  You are all in our prayers.

To the Howlett family:  my most sincere condolences for your loss.  Joe was a close friend from our high school days in Terre Haute.  Prayers for your family.  He will be missed -my heart is sad.

Joan and I were saddened to hear of Joe's passing.  We will miss him greatly.  Please know that you are in our prayers.

Joe was a close friend for both Joan and I during the 1980s.  He and I rode the same van pool to work while we worked at Gulf Oil and Joe served as Best Man in Joan's and my wedding in 1984.  Joe was always a stalwart and reliable friend whose advice and support was always available and whose sense of humor proved to be infectious.  

While we will miss Joe, his presence in our lives will continue over time.  We will hold his friendship in our hearts and minds in the years to come.
