Jason Michael Spillane was born in Houston, Texas on August 4th, 1983 and passed away September 11th, 2020. Jason was a devoted husband, father, brother, son, uncle, nephew and friend to many people that loved him dearly. Jason served in the United States Army from 2006 to 2010 with two deployments to Iraq. He met his best friend and loving wife, Stacy, while in Kuwait en route to Iraq. They were married in 2009 in Savannah, Georgia. Their first child, Kaylee, and love of their life, was born in 2010. Later in 2013, they would welcome another child, Ava, who instantly won his heart. Jason graduated from the University of Houston in 2012 with a business marketing degree and worked for Cintas in the Uniform Sales division since 2015. He won numerous awards for sales performance and was often called upon to train new employees. Jason was a sports enthusiast who would never miss watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys play. His love for fishing drew him to the relaxing water of his favorite fishing hole almost daily where he found solace. Jason was known by friends and family for his passion for music. He played the drums throughout his life. He was an avid concert-goer who found great excitement in attending live performances. Above all, Jason had a heart for people. He was considered by friends and family as the “go-to” person for life advice or to help in time of need. Jason possessed a knowledge and insight beyond his years. He was the person who would drop everything to help and could always find a solution. Jason was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Barbara Spillane, and Arthur Graham. Jason is survived by his mother, Maureen Eckert, step-father, Marty Eckert, father, Richard Spillane, step-mother, Margaret Spillane, grandmother, Lois Johnson, wife, Stacy Spillane, daughter, Kaylee Spillane, daughter, Ava Spillane, sister, Meghan Spillane, brother, Ryan Spillane, and nephew, Collin Spillane.
