Harry was the youngest and last surviving member of the William Clark Wilkinson and Anna Florence Reynolds family. He was born near Throckmorton, Texas, January 2, 1922, and was a 1950 graduate of Oklahoma A&M College, Stillwater, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
Harry served in the military for four years during World War II, and separated from the U.S. Army Air Corp as a pilot with rank of Captain. He was a thirty-four year employee of Shell Oil and is best remembered for his work in the early development of Codes and Standards for the design and construction of offshore pipelines.
He was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of forty years, Thea; daughters, Monique Caceres and her husband David, and Linda Moore and her husband Matthew Cyvas; grandchildren, David Reynolds Caceres , Amber Smith and her husband Robert, and Andrew and Stephen Cyvas; and great-grandsons, Brody and Ryder Smith.
