Gertrude was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alfred Wanamaker, and her son-in-law, Danny Amorosi; brothers, Arthur, Joseph, Eugene & Walter McClintock; and 2 sisters, Kathleen Rose and Jocelyn Belowch. She is survived by her children, Alfred Wanamaker (Cathy), Karen Amorosi, Robert Wanamaker, and Raymond Wanamaker; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; her brother, Gerald McClintock; her sister, Margaret Keosky; as well as several loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, Suffern, NY. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the same location. Burial will follow at Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to United Hospice of Rockland County.
