Christopher was passionate about life. With an innate curiosity and a creative mind he devoured books, played soccer, hockey and lacrosse, mastered white water canoeing and camping adventures with the Boys Scouts, won family Trivial Pursuit and cribbage, assembled a vast valuable baseball card collection, created exhibited artwork, won a NH high school State Cross Country Team Championship, participated and honored Native American dance and culture, and protected three younger brothers.
Christopher was a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University earning a BA cum laude with honors in both majors of Political Science and History, where he was the Syracuse President of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He earned a Masters Degree with Second Class honors in Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was working in a doctoral program at Harvard University.
Christopher’s work career was with top global technologies companies, where his work in Sales required international travel and thus a passion for further world travel. He also consulted and mentored others in technologies for their career opportunities. The support he gave to others in his community was most important to Christopher and he will be missed by many.
The best of buddies were his “furry children”, chocolate labs Mulligan and Stella. And with his knowledge and passion for baseball, Christopher was checking off visits to Major League parks, highlighted by his “on the field” work at Fenway for the Red Sox 2018 World Series Championship. Listen, and you can hear his voice or see his smile or witness his goodness. He loved the Lord. Amen.
Christopher is survived by his loving parents Charlene Goddard-Lyle and Barry Lyle of Yarmouth Port and his loving life-partner Lisa Shea of Boston.
