Harriet was born in North Brunswick, New Jersey on January 7, 1929 and attended New Brunswick High School where she met the love of her life, Jack (John) Robert Cooper whom she married on May 13, 1950. Jack passed at their home in Hobe Sound on September 7, 2007.
Harriet was also a graduate of the Barbizon School of Fashion and Modeling. In their early retired years Harriet and Jack spent their time as snowbirds traveling from their home in Edison, New Jersey to Jupiter and then Hobe Sound before moving permanently to Cambridge, Heritage Ridge.
A lifelong lover of cats, especially her beloved Polly, old movies, Broadway plays, going to the movies, playing cards, golfing and tennis, Harriet an avid expert shuffleboard player in her later years making even more cherished friends.
Harriet was always surrounded by many caring friends who lovingly cared for her right through her last days. She is survived by her only living relative Norman Perduk of Palm Bay, Florida, his wife Michelle and family. Norman was and always remained a treasure to his Aunt Harriet.
A beautiful woman both inside and out, Harriet touched countless lives in her 94 years and will be deeply missed by everyone.
