Donald was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and lived in Jensen Beach since 1982 coming from Union, Michigan.
Before retiring he was a contractor and owner of Wagner Construction for 20 years in Mishawaka, Indiana and the Treasure Coast.
Donald was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and received a Purple Heart while serving our country in World War II. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, American Legion and the VFW.
He is survived by sons Fred Wagner of Marathon, Florida, Michael Wagner of Monteray, Indiana; daughters, Lou Ann Bowen of Fort Pierce, Florida, Patricia Wagner of Mishawaka, Indiana; sister, Ruth Reinhardt of Mishawaka, Indiana; and, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his wife Marjorie Wagner.
At his request no services will be scheduled.
