Marjorie Ellen Williams

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Marjorie Williams on Sept 18, 2020 at the age of 80 years old at the Edson Continuing Care Centre in Edson, Alberta. She will be missed by many but especially her sons: Glen (Sheri) of Stony Plain, Bryan (Colleen) of Edson and daughter Corrine (Kevin) White of Manning; six grandchildren: Ashley (Sean), Justin (Brittany), Rianna (Tyson), Karly, Jenna and Jared; four Great grandchildren: Emeline, Saffine, Layne and Winston; her sister Opal McMillan; sister in law Lorna Williams as well as countless nieces and nephews.

Marj was pre deceased by her husband Bill Williams and son Douglas Williams as well as her parents, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Marj was the youngest of 12 children born August 20, 1940 in Birch Hills Saskatchewan. She was raised in High Prairie Alberta and life took her to Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Edson in later years.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions the family has decided to have a brief service with immediate family only and will proceed with a memorial in the future. We wish to thank all those who offered condolences and support for her grieving family. It was immensely appreciated.
