

1950 – 2025
It is with deep sadness the family of Larry Whitnack of Spruce Grove, Alberta announce his passing after a short, courageous battle with cancer at the age of 74 years. Left to mourn is his loving wife of 55 years Brenda, their daughter Tammy (Briar, Kaitlyn, Daphne and Baeleigh), Larry’s sons Lee (Judy) and Clayton (Erin), Larry’s stepchildren Keven (Celina) and Cindy (Murray), his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. Left also to carry on his memory is his brother Ken, his sister Carol and Diana, his fur baby Mazy and numerous other family members and friends.
Larry was predeceased by his parents Edward and Eva, his parents-in-law Doris and Bill Campbell, brother-in-law Raymond and his step-daughter Coreen.
Larry was well known for what he would call "tinkering" in the garage or shop and always liked to be up and moving. He was a master of all trades, building and fixing everything for family. He enjoyed sitting outside with his dog Mazy and spending quality time with his family.
Larry will be forever loved and missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 1pm to 6pm at the Royal Canadian Legion - 6 Tache Street, St. Albert, Alberta T8N 2S4.
