Kenneth Douglas Kovatch

Ken grew up in a northern town where his love for mechanics and vehicles first took root. From an early age, he was captivated by how things worked, often found tinkering with, and taking apart mechanical gadgets simply to see how they worked. Many gadgets never worked again after, but the learning experience was always the important thing.

With a personality as big as his heart, Ken was a true force of nature. He lived life unapologetically, always on his own terms. He had the strength of his convictions and was never afraid to stand up for them. When life knocked him down, he got back up, brushed himself off, and moved ahead, never looking back.

Though a bit of a lone wolf, Ken cherished his family and friends with an unconditional love that was felt deeply. He had a unique ability to find the good in others and was always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh, no matter the circumstances. His family, extended family and network of friends will forever remember his laughter, kindness, and boisterous spirit.

Though he may have walked his own path, Ken's spirit and love will remain with us always, inspiring us to embrace life as fully as he did.
