Brian is survived by his loving wife and best friend Wendy; his son Stanley (Brandi); his daughter Amanda (David); His very special grandsons Linden and Reeve, His S-I-L Sharon, his buddy Tao along with numerous relatives and friends that will miss him greatly.
He was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Cora, his brother Donald, his parent in laws Larry and Marie.
Brian loved to travel which he got to do as a long haul trucker and also as a family. But most of all his favourite times were camping out at the lake, where we often had a “gang” of friends join. Brian had some of his best times being a Scout Leader with Stanley and then as “Guider Brian” helping with Amanda and her time in Girl Guides. He spent many many hours volunteering at the community league, and the lawn bowling club. But he was in his glory driving his big rigs, Brian spent many years running stateside and then driving north on the winter roads when the “rookies” just wouldn’t.
He loved his grandsons, “to the moon and back”.
His best buddy Tao is so lost without him - We are all lost without Brian.
Brian was such a kind and gentle man, who overcame and fought many health issues in the past few years. We were so sure you had many more years with us…
Due to Covid-19 Protocols the family is having a small private service.
