ROBYN – Joyce Adams Sexton Robyn, 87, of Jasper, GA, passed away May 17, 2012. Born April 24, 1925 in Chilton, TX, Mrs. Robyn was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority, receiving her 65 year pin. Preceded in death by husband, Vernon S. “Jack” Robyn and son, Randall Robert Sexton, Mrs. Robyn is survived by children, Rick and Carole Sexton, Tucker, GA, Tom and Arlene Sexton, Orlando, FL; stepchildren, Jay and Regena Robyn, Marietta, GA, Leanne Robyn Pawlowski and husband, Fred, of Lithonia, GA; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 11:00 AM at Big Canoe Chapel, Big Canoe, GA, with Rev. Lamar Helms officiating. The body will lie in state from 10:30 – 11:00 AM at the chapel. Interment will follow at 1:30 PM at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM Monday, at the funeral home.
