Ms. Carolyn J. Larsen died peacefully in Stockton, California on May 16, 2021. Carolyn is survived by her husband Peter Ratto, a son Jeff Larson, a step son and daughter brother and sister in law Lee and Cindy Heiber and several grand children. Carolyn was born in Lompoc, California. She graduated Sacramento State University with degrees in history and counseling. She was an accomplished middle, high school and adult ed teacher. She also tutored students at their home who were unable to attend classes. Prior to becoming a teacher she managed a doctor’s office and a theater group in Southern California. Carolyn was also a dedicated member of the Mormon Church. No funeral services are scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers please send donations to San Joaquin Hospice or a charity of your choice. The family would like to thiank the staff at St. Joseph’s 4th floor east wing for their kindness during her final days.
