Angelina Mary Johnson

Angie went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 11, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, and her husband of 62 years William. She is survived by her son Daniel (Polly), her grandson William, and granddaughter Alicia (Curt) Klippenstein. She was a loving great-grandma to Makaela, Tyler, Emily, Alex, Joseph, and Jackson. She dearly loved her many nieces and nephews, and was blessed with numerous close friends. Angie was a member of First Baptist Church and served as an usher, and was a member of the Bereavement Team, Circle of Love, and Golden Agers. She enjoyed traveling with the Gad Abouts and took many trips with her friends. She attended Bible Study Fellowship for many years and enjoyed helping with the children’s ministry. She was known for her joyful sprit, warm hugs, loud and spontaneous laugh, and flowers in her carefully- styled hair. She was a dependable help to those who needed her – providing rides, food, and a compassionate ear. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held on January 5, 2016, at 1 P.M. at First Baptist Church, 3535 N. El Dorado St., Stockton, CA. Committal will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to First Baptist Christian Schools at the above given church address.
