Angela Yvette Hunter

Angela was the eldest child born to Gerald and Beverly Hunter December 11, 1961, in Stockton, California.

Angela was christened at Ebenezer AME Church where she was a part of Young People's Department and sang in the choir. Angela was baptized at an early age. As an adult she attended White Rose COGIC church in Stockton, California.

She attended Pulliam Elementary, Stockton Jr. High School and graduated from Amos Alonzo Stagg High School a year early. Angela was deemed "gifted" by the Education Department by the State of California.

Angela gave birth to her son, Gerald in November of 1990, who was her pride and joy.

Angela was a fan and loved watching the Golden State Warriors and the 49ers, only if they were winning.

Angela was proceeded in death by her father, Gerald Hunter, her first born son and her grandparents. She leaves to mourn her son Gerald A. Hunter of Stockton, California, mother Beverly Hunter Glendale, Arizona, one brother Jeffery Hunter (Yvonne) of Jacksonville, Florida and one sister Charlotte Hunter-Brown of Glendale, Arizona. She is survived by many family members and friends.

She lives in our hearts. She will always be loved.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Drive., Stockton, CA 95219.
