Joe Rackley is a United States Army veteran, honorably discharged. He retired from Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. after 46 years, Cub Foods - 5 years, and Heritage Bank - 14 years.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Frankie Christine Johnston; parents, William and Perrylee Rackley; and sisters, Jane Currin and Florence Rackley.
He is survived by daughter, Angela Hogeland (husband Richard); two sons, Rodney Rackley (wife Peggy) and Ronald Rackley; granddaughter, Christy Bivins (husband Jason); great-grandson, Jacob Shea and Marvin (kitty kitty). He loved classic cars, history, and animals. He will be greatly missed.
A graveside inurnment will be held for William at 1:00PM on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
