Born in Atlanta, GA on October 12, 1942, she was preceded in death by her parents Harbin W. and Mildred McClure Andrews. Dianne is survived by her husband of 42 years, Neil Wilson Passmore. After a dedicated 28-year career with the Georgia Department of Revenue, Dianne developed an interest in Lineage and Ancestry research upon retirement. She joined several heritage societies, including the National Daughters of the American Revolution, Colonial Dames 17th Century, Daughters of 1812, and Daughters of American Colonists. Additionally, she was an enthusiastic Bridge player who loved connecting and sharing her time with her close group of friends.
Dianne was a dedicated member of Crosspoint Christian Church in Conyers, GA. She is survived by her sons Bence Andrew Rackley and his wife Suzanne Rackley from Brunswick, GA, GA; Clayton Gary Rackley and his partner Jennifer Birdwell from Dallas, Texas; and daughter Wendy Dianne Cooper and her husband Patrick Cooper from Sandy Springs, GA, as well as grandchildren Dustin L. West and Hollie Dianne West. Additionally, she is survived by her sisters Lynn Andrews Dobresk and her husband Darrell, and Jill Andrews Pearce and her husband Ronnie. Neil's daughter Sabra Ann Pidgeon and her husband John Pidgeon, and their children Elizabeth Freemon, Anna Carson, and Davis Wilson Pidgeon along with several nieces and nephews. Dianne generously devoted her time to her family. Her warm smile and gentle humor will be profoundly missed by everyone who loved her.
A graveside celebration of life and inurnment for Dianne will be held Monday, October 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
