JUAN GABRIEL ORTIZ MEDINA, age 46, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. JUAN GABRIEL was born August 15, 1974 in Chilchota, Michoacán, México, to his parents Maria Medina Chavez and Francisco Ortiz Bartolo.

Loving husband of Alma Santana. Cherished step-father of Erica, Evelyn and Emily. Dear step-grandfather of Victoria, Isabella, Vicente, Delilah, Guillermo, Jorge, Lorenzo and Lailani. Beloved brother of Santiago Ortiz, Francisco Ortiz Medina, Manuel Ortiz Medina, Maria Rosario Ortiz Medina and Eloisa Ortiz Medina.

Preceded in death by his mother Maria Medina Chavez.

A visitation for JUAN GABRIEL will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 Oak Park Ave, Stickney, Illinois 60402.

Burial at Panteón Municipal Chilchota,Michoacán, México.
