Ann Coursey Crummett

Mrs. Crummett was born on January 4, 1934 in Williamsville, VA and was a daughter of the late Walter and Vada (Pullin) Tuning. Ann retired after 28 years at American Safety Razor. She as a former member of the Stonewall United Methodist Church. Mrs. Crummett is a current member at Cherryvale United Methodist Church. She loved flowers and gardening, liked to cook, and enjoyed puzzles and word searches. Ann was a former member of the United Methodist Women when she attended Stonewall UMC.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Cecil Crummett, who preceded her in death on December 19, 2002.

Mrs. Crummett is survived by her son, Leonard Dean Crummett of Staunton; and a brother, Joseph Tuning and wife Geri of Burnsville, VA.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Crummett was preceded in death by her siblings, Ellen Marshall, Maxine Kincaid, Jean Tuning, and William Tuning.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11 AM at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Jonathan Greer Officiating.

Friends and family may view and sign the register book on Friday December 9, 2022 from 1 until 5 PM at the Staunton Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes. The family will not be present.
